About the event
Being pregnant is an uncertain time, as we see advice is constantly changing in the media. What's more is that our bodies may experience something completely different than those around us, and we may go through things that weren't expected. Then you have the baby and bam, you feel the exact same way about postpartum. We hear you. Join this event to ask all of your questions, and learn about your body and the pelvic floor in relation to the pregnancy and postpartum journey. This class is also great for partners and others who work with pregnancy and postpartum to understand more about the journey to help support others.
